Terms of Use and Conditions of Service

By creating an account and using the ResolveLabs tools, you (hereinafter "User") expressly agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition described here, use of the platform must be stopped immediately.

ResolveLabs provides technical and financial utility tools (such as PDF to OFX conversion, XML repair, among others).

2.1. Privacy by Design: The processing, conversion and reading of sensitive files (statements, spreadsheets, documents) takes place exclusively in the User's browser. ResolveLabs does NOT upload, does NOT process on its servers and does NOT store the content of the files processed by these tools.

2.2. The security of the local environment, including the absence of malware on the User's computer that could intercept data in the browser, is the User's sole responsibility.

The conversion and data extraction tools rely on common market patterns (e.g. bank PDF layouts). Since financial institutions may change the formatting of their documents without notice, ResolveLabs does not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction.

3.1. It is the sole obligation of the User (or their accounting/finance department) to check the integrity, values and accuracy of the generated files (such as .ofx or .xml) before importing them into ERP, accounting or government systems.

3.2. ResolveLabs disclaims any liability for fines, interest, delays, accounting inconsistencies or financial losses resulting from the use of files generated by the platform.

4.1. Trial: ResolveLabs may offer a free trial period of 7 (seven) days to new users. Cancellation can be made at any time before the end of this period without charge.

4.2. Recurring Subscription: After the trial period, the PRO plan will be activated automatically and the applicable amount will be charged monthly by credit card.

4.3. Cancellation: The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the control panel. Access to the PRO plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or chargebacks for unused fractions of months.

5.1. The User agrees not to use the ResolveLabs tools to process unlawful material or to circumvent government security measures.

5.2. Affiliates: When taking part in the "Refer and Earn" program, the User may not use spam, malicious social engineering or create fake accounts (self-referral) to obtain advantages. Violating this rule will result in immediate banning of the account and loss of accumulated rewards.

To provide the service and technical support, we store only the User's account data: Email and payment and access history. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.1. Access records: for security, fraud prevention and service improvement, we record the pages visited and the tools used, together with the IP address, the approximate location derived from the IP, the browser and the device's system and, when logged in, the associated account. We never record the content or the name of the files processed in the browser. These records are deleted automatically after 180 days.

ResolveLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any tool on the platform at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The courts of the district of the ResolveLabs developer's seat in Brazil are elected to settle any doubts or disputes arising from these Terms of Use, waiving any other, however privileged.
